Project governance followed a staged approach with a PoC phase in May and June 2018, followed by system conversion and cut over planning in June and July 2018, and broader execution through November 2018. Coordination was maintained between Bespin Global, IT leadership at Lotte Chilsung Beverage Co and procurement stakeholders to drive MM test execution and cut over sequencing.
