Operational coverage spanned finance, logistics, management control, inventory, quality and decision-making processes, and the program introduced a Business Intelligence layer to provide cross-referenced analyzed information across functional axes. From a governance and operational perspective, CODiLOG’s implementation emphasized process autonomy and accounting autonomy for Biogaran, enabling fast financial closes finalized on D+5. After more than one year of operation Biogaran had fully mastered the new information system and was positioned to exploit the SAP ERP ECC 6.0, Materials Management Purchasing (MM-PUR) solution to establish new activities or business units. | |
