Integration was a core technical objective, delaware configured the SuccessFactors Connector and Integration Center to synchronize training course history, session data, and up-to-date employee profile fields with the broader HR landscape. The deployment included a targeted integration with the SAP core HR landscape for learning history exchange, and collaboration with the Lerian language school to ingest language test results into SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
Change governance emphasized business process alignment and user adoption, with deep-dive configuration workshops, user acceptance testing phases, and intensive two-week post-deployment collaboration to validate usability and data flows. The program restructured recruiting and learning operations within HR, centralizing reporting and competence management processes to provide a unified view of employee training and certification across the organization.
