In 2021, Monetka began deploying the SimpleOne Platform, a Robotic Process Automation application. SimpleOne Platform replaced ServiceNow to provide an ESM and ITSM single window that supports IT and store operations across Monetka's retail chain in Russia.
Deployment focused on core service management capabilities, including service desk and incident management, a service catalog, configuration tracking, and workflow automation with robotic process automation orchestrations to automate repetitive tasks. The SimpleOne Platform was configured to centralize ticketing, request fulfillment, and change coordination under unified ESM workflows.
The migration began in December 2021 and completed in April 2022, with Media-Tel from Devoteam serving as the integrator. Approximately 7,500 users were moved to SimpleOne and an emergency 48 hour cutover was executed without loss of service, maintaining continuity for store and IT operations.
Operational coverage included IT support and store operations across the retail chain, and governance was adjusted to consolidate service ownership and standardize ESM processes on the SimpleOne Platform. SimpleOne Platform serves as the central point for incident routing, service catalog fulfillment, and automation driven task orchestration, aligning IT and store workflows under a single operational console.
