Integrations delivered as part of the engagement included Microsoft Office and Excel connectivity for streamlined reporting and data sharing, and direct submission of Making Tax Digital VAT returns to HMRC from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Dynamics Square delivered required customizations and integration work to align the application with Pasante processes. Governance changes included restructuring legacy production process flows so that manufacturing, finance, and customer service workflows were coordinated through the new ERP Financial system, and user support and training were provided during rollout. Post go live the client reported that the system resolved slow opening and execution of routine tasks, improved data import and export accuracy, and enabled smoother VAT reporting and automated assembly order processing. | |
