A dedicated subteam of three ABAP developers executed custom ABAP objects and integration logic, while additional resources delivered Fiori proof of concept work, Java and JavaScript development for extension points, and Cloud Platform Integration CPI middleware for orchestration. Integrations were built between SAP HCM Time and Attendance and SuccessFactors, Workforce Software and Meta4, using CPI for cloud middleware and adapter based transfers such as SFTP and SOAP when required. The integration footprint included employee master synchronization, time record exchange and interface services to third party workforce systems, aligning HCM transactional flows with external timekeeping platforms. Governance and delivery were managed by I Grow Consulting, coordinating a broader group of six technical resources and engaging sales and client stakeholders for scope alignment. The implementation emphasized modular ABAP and CPI integration layers, HCM functional configuration for Time and Attendance and lightweight Fiori extensions for proof of concept scenarios. |
