Governance and rollout followed an interdisciplinary project team model, with management acting as project ambassadors and Arkadiusz Szafrański serving as project manager. A series of training courses and a focused change management program were executed to alter work schedules and habits, enabling an 11 month implementation timeline. InfoConsulting provided implementation leadership and continues to deliver post-implementation support and services. Reported outcomes documented within the program include faster order execution, a reduction in operator and warehouse errors, inventory optimization that improved cash flow, and clearer, more flexible reporting for the management board.
