The implementation consolidated analog and IP systems into a unified recording and management topology, using exacqVision for network video recording and victor for centralized monitoring and operator workflows. Tyco Illustra cameras provided the edge capture layer, supporting live viewing, recording and a platform for future analytics expansion. Operational scope centered on mall security operations and centralized monitoring for the property.
Governance and operations were restructured around victor unified management software to centralize incident monitoring and camera management, standardize camera configurations and streamline evidence retrieval workflows. The design enabled future analytic add ons without reworking the capture layer.
