Operational scope covered cross functional workflows across underwriting, policy capture, rating calculation, and forms production, enabling end to end flow between front end underwriting consoles and the rating engine.
Governance and delivery were led by a senior business analyst who acted as de facto project manager and product owner for a $2M Middle Market underwriting modernization effort, owning planning and estimation. Explicit outcomes recorded during the engagement included a reported reduction in underwriting data preparation from weeks to under one day and a tenfold data throughput increase, achieved through the combined Pega pipelines, API microservices layer, and Duck Creek Rating integration.
