Governance and operating model changes were driven by a formal program roadmap, an RFI and RFP process and a business case governed by the Head of HR Shared Services. Operational scope explicitly covered Talent Acquisition, workforce planning, HRIS, HR Help Desk, onboarding, payroll, workplace experience, physical security and access control, and the program team maintained continuous improvement cycles.
