Jackson River Springboard was configured to support recurring donor workflows, online donation pages, sustainer giving program management, supporter segmentation, and advocacy campaign orchestration, reflecting standard Donor and Fundraising Management capabilities. Configuration work emphasized automated recurring payment schedules, profile based segmentation for targeted appeals, and campaign orchestration to support fundraising and advocacy use cases.
The deployment integrated Jackson River Springboard with Salesforce to synchronize donor and constituent records, and with IBM Watson Campaign Automation to drive email and automated campaign execution, creating coordinated CRM and marketing automation workflows. Sanky Inc. led the systems integration and data orchestration work to ensure donor data consistency across fundraising, advocacy, and campaign execution processes.
