The baseline test suite was designed for reuse to support future patch cycles and to accelerate regression testing typical of Treasury Management workflows such as position valuation, cash forecasting and calculation validation. Project execution combined SkySparc consultants embedded with CMHC teams, both on and offsite, providing test case development, execution, analysis, troubleshooting and reporting. SkySparc also trained both technology and business teams on OmniFi reporting capabilities so business users could construct operational reports with reduced IT dependency, supporting ongoing reporting needs tied to the ION Wallstreet Suite deployment. The upgrade to ION Wallstreet Suite 7.4.43 was completed within the required 2015 timeframe, achieving approximately 90 percent automation of the testing process and producing more than 200 automated test cases. The documented test results and reusable test artifacts supported CMHC governance objectives, positioning the organization to execute future 18 month major upgrades and more frequent minor patches with a standardized, automated methodology. | |
