In 2024, Município do Marco de Canaveses deployed the Anviz TC550 as its Time Clock (Hardware) solution to capture officer time and attendance across the municipal site in Marco de Canaveses, Portugal. The implementation used the Anviz TC550 biometric terminal as the primary time capture and access control device for municipal officers.
The Anviz TC550 installation leveraged core device capabilities including fingerprint, password and RFID authentication, standard RFID card reader, mini USB and RS485 connectivity, TCP/IP networking, Wiegand26 input and output, and dry contact output for door control. The device enabled time zone based access control, bell schedulers, work code support, short message functionality, a 16 item customizable time attendance status set, and a multilingual display to support operator usability.
On the software side the deployment used AEON software developed by Telemax, which is fully compatible with ANVIZ terminals, and AEON was integrated with AIRC software as part of the overall solution architecture. Networked TCP/IP connectivity of Anviz TC550 units allowed real time attendance capture and interfacing with the municipalitys ERP processing layer through AEON, enabling consolidated time records for back office payroll and attendance processing.
Anviz core partner in Portugal Telemax introduced the solution, installed all TC550 units and delivered on-site training for officers, establishing operational procedures for daily enrollment and attendance exception handling. Clients reported satisfaction with device functionality, hardware quality and the installation and training services provided by Telemax for the Anviz TC550 implementation.
