Operational scope covered the Engineering Department of 70 professionals operating across four global locations, and extended documentation and manufacturing outputs to production and series life teams, while supporting Haulotte’s network of five factories and 21 subsidiaries.
Governance and process changes accompanied the rollout, with a restructured engineering methodology that reduced manual, low-value-added operations and improved cross-functional documentation quality. Explicit outcomes reported include more efficient design work, a significant reduction in the risk of errors and inconsistencies, and a direct integration between E3.series DS-E3 and the Aras PLM Platform that met the needs of the engineering department.
