In 2021, 1Bridge India implemented Decentro Flow for Payment Processing to streamline collections on its rural last mile commerce platform in India. The deployment used Decentro Flow virtual account and UPI collection APIs to centralize incoming payments and automate reconciliation workflows across the platform.
Decentro Flow was configured to provision programmable virtual accounts and to ingest UPI collection events, enabling deterministic mapping of receipts to orders and automated ledger posting. Reconciliation capabilities were instrumented to automatically match virtual account credits with transaction records, reducing manual matching and improving settlement visibility for finance teams.
The implementation integrated with Indian bank rails and UPI payment flows, which accelerated bank integration timelines and enabled instant settlements of collected funds. Operational scope focused on collections and finance functions supporting rural last mile operations, with settlement and reconciliation data consumed by finance and operations teams.
The rollout delivered approximately 10x faster bank integration timelines, enabled instant settlements, and achieved an 80% plus reduction in costs versus traditional payment gateways as reported by the vendor. 1Bridge India used Decentro Flow to centralize collections and reconciliation into an API driven Payment Processing architecture, improving control of cash flow for its rural commerce operations.
