Functional capabilities consumed from the iMocha Recruitment Platform included a comprehensive assessment library covering Coding, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analyst skill tests, English Proficiency, and MS Office, plus support for custom question banks and customer created assessments to assemble hybrid tests. Integration execution was supported by a dedicated Customer Success Manager from iMocha who assisted with API customization and implementation guidance, shortening development effort and aligning the API surface to 4dot5’s product model. Through the API driven architecture, 4dot5’s customers could launch assessments to candidates, collect scoring and item level reports, and incorporate results into hiring workflows, preserving the operational ownership of assessment orchestration within 4dot5’s platform. Governance and rollout emphasized API configuration, test library curation, and administrative controls for customers to build or combine assessments, with iMocha providing implementation support. Reported outcomes included a near 60 percent reduction in integration effort and an approximate 50 percent reduction in hiring time as a result of embedding the iMocha Recruitment Platform, while customers reported improved assessment quality, ease of use, and actionable reports. |
