The implementation covered Microsoft Dynamics Axapta 2012 R2 and R3 configurations for Finance, HR, T&L and Manufacturing, with specific functional workstreams for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Costing and Budgeting. Detailed deliverables included Functional Requirement Study documents, Functional Requirement Documents and Functional Design Documents, plus data transfer activities and preparation of user training materials for GL, AP, AR, Fixed Asset, Costing and Budget processes, and MIS report generation. Integrations implemented during the program included an extensive relationship with an EP tool across the deployed modules, and workflow automation for procurement authorizations. Workflow process configuration enforced PR, PO and RFQ approvals from top level, user assignment and access controls were established, and minor technical customizations were delivered for PO reports and RFQ outputs to support procurement and sourcing processes. Governance and operational rollout emphasized process and policy alignment across finance, procurement, recruitment and budgeting, with formalized workflow approvals and user training to support adoption. Support and maintenance activities included ongoing assistance for minor customizations and report modifications through the program close in August 2017.
