After June 1, 2015, expense reports are reviewed, approved and submitted electronically for reimbursement through Coupa Expense, leveraging standard expense management capabilities such as electronic submission, approval workflows and reimbursement routing.
Access to Coupa Expense is provisioned via coupa.goldenliving.com, with automatic sign in for users inside the corporate network and requiring network ID and password for external access. Operational coverage focused on finance, travel and accounts payable functions, and governance was updated to centralize review and approval workflows within the Coupa Expense environment.

The Phenom People implementation is integrated with the company application flow that points to Workday job application URLs, enabling handoff of candidate interactions from the careers site into the applicant tracking flow. Operational coverage centers on talent acquisition and recruiting teams, with the careers site serving as the primary entry point for external candidate engagement.
Governance was oriented around centralized recruitment marketing and candidate data synchronization, including management of candidate consent and privacy controls and orchestration of routing rules between the CRM and the application processing flow. Configuration and workflow ownership were aligned to recruiting operations to maintain CRM profile hygiene and consistent candidate engagement patterns.

The implementation placed Net Health Casamba EMR into production as the facility Electronic Health Record to support therapy driven clinical documentation and operational recordkeeping for the Lumberton skilled nursing site.
The Net Health Casamba EMR configuration focused on therapy specific clinical documentation and scheduling, electronic assessments and care plan generation, and capture of chargeable therapy events consistent with Electronic Health Record workflows. Configuration emphasized role based access for therapists and nursing staff, templated progress notes for repeatable therapy pathways, and scheduling rules to align clinician assignments with daily treatment minutes.
Operational coverage was scoped to the Lumberton skilled nursing facility and impacted therapy departments, nursing staff, and administrative scheduling and billing teams. The deployment supported point of care documentation across shifts and centralized clinical records for the site, establishing a single Electronic Health Record instance for therapist workflows and nursing coordination.
Governance and rollout were executed on a phased site timeline during 2016 with local clinical champions and role based training for full time therapy staff and nursing users. Training and documentation standards were instituted to align clinical workflows with the Net Health Casamba EMR configuration and to standardize therapy documentation and scheduling processes across the Lumberton site.
