| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle Analytics Cloud | Analytics and BI | Analytics and BI | n/a | 2018 | 2018 | In 2018, Australian Finance Group implemented Oracle Analytics Cloud as part of a broader Analytics and BI effort to modernize applications and optimize the home loan process from origination to funding. The program was designed to connect Oracle SaaS applications with third-party and on-premises systems and to extend AFG's digital footprint to remove time and risk from the broker and customer loan experience. Implementation combined Oracle Analytics Cloud with Oracle Content and Experience Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle CX Cloud, Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle EPM Cloud, Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle Service Cloud and Oracle SOA Cloud Service. Oracle Analytics Cloud was configured to deliver consolidated data models, operational and financial reporting, and self service dashboards for lending and finance teams, while Content and Experience Cloud supported customer and broker facing digital portals and document management. Integration architecture relied on Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle SOA Cloud Service to federate data between Oracle SaaS modules and third party on premises systems, enabling near real time feeds into the analytics layer. The deployment targeted the home loan lifecycle from origination through underwriting to funding, impacting business functions including lending operations, underwriting, finance, sales and customer service. Governance and workflow restructuring emphasized a single analytics fabric and standardized data definitions, using Oracle Analytics Cloud as the authoritative reporting layer and Oracle EPM Cloud to align financial planning and reporting. Process orchestration leveraged Integration Cloud alongside CX and Service Clouds to reduce manual handoffs in loan workflows, creating a structured foundation for ongoing analytics and automation. |
