Configuration emphasized core finance modules including general ledger, payables, receivables, asset and expense management, subledger closing controls, reconciliations, extensive spreadsheet integration, and self service reporting to provide executives with real time dashboards and support month end close processes.
Integrations retained and modernized on premise Siebel CRM to ingest daily mortgage sales and commissions data from lenders and to expose real time commission visibility to AFGs 2,400 brokers across its nationwide network. Oracle Documents Cloud Service centralized document management, storing about 15,000 monthly invoices and up to 300 contracts per month. Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service provided scenario modeling and annual budget forecasting to inform margin analysis and strategic planning.
The program centralized and automated commission and fee workflows, enabling a single staff member to process tasks previously handled by two people, and automated processing of 600,000 monthly commission payments 5x faster and broker fee invoicing 6x faster. IT operational load was reduced, allowing redeployment of infrastructure resources and contributing to a 29% reduction in system management costs and a 19% reduction in hardware and disaster recovery costs. Ufusion Pty provided technical support, data migration, system configuration, and training to AFGs IT team during the rollout.
