In 2015 AFG Distribution implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP as its ERP Financial platform. They also selected Celigo as the integration solution to connect Oracle NetSuite ERP to marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, and their own business site.
The NetSuite implementation focused on core ERP Financial capabilities, including financial management, order to cash workflows, and inventory control, with configuration to support ecommerce transaction and inventory synchronization. Oracle NetSuite ERP was used to centralize transactional finance records and provide a single source for order and inventory data, while Celigo handled middleware orchestration and transformation between channels.
Integrations were built with Celigo to instrument marketplace connectors for Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, and the company website, enabling automated inventory updates, order import, and product feed management. The integration architecture emphasized real time or near real time synchronization of stock levels and order statuses, reducing manual data entry and error-prone reconciliation between channels and the ERP.
Governance and operations were restructured to centralize ecommerce workflows under Oracle NetSuite ERP and Celigo driven integrations, shifting responsibilities from ad hoc manual fixes to system supported processes. Prior to the implementation the team spent four to eight hours a day fixing website errors and reconciling inventory, a situation that had harmed customer service, and the combined NetSuite and Celigo approach targeted elimination of those recurring manual tasks.

In 2019, AFG Distribution implemented Exclaimer Cloud Signatures for Office 365. The deployment is categorized under Digital Signing and is referenced on the company website, indicating a cloud hosted signature management layer tied to their Office 365 email environment.
Configuration centers on the Exclaimer Cloud Signatures for Office 365 console, using web based signature templates and a template editor to enforce branding, legal disclaimers, and dynamic fields sourced from Office 365 directory attributes. Administrators assign signature policies by department or role and manage template versioning and policy scopes within the Exclaimer Cloud administration interface.
Operational coverage targets corporate email channels used for customer communications, marketing outreach, and partner correspondence, with centralized governance through role based admin controls. The architecture is cloud first and integrated with the Office 365 tenant, which keeps signature orchestration external to endpoint clients and consolidates signature policy management across the organization.
