In 2010, Agara implemented POPin on its corporate website. Agara deployed POPin as an Employee Engagement application to capture workforce feedback and surface ideas through an embedded, site-based interaction point used by its Japan organization.
Configuration centered on embedding the POPin widget and provisioning an administrative dashboard for campaign management, moderation, and reporting, aligning with standard Employee Engagement capabilities such as structured feedback capture, pulse-style inquiries, anonymous contributions, and prioritized idea collection. Operational governance established access controls and moderation workflows for HR and internal communications to manage threads and escalate themes, while integrations are limited to the website embedding model that links front-end interactions to POPin’s reporting console.
