Operational scope covered daily transaction support and financial close processes, with explicit responsibilities for daily, month end closing, and year end closing support. The deployment included ticketing, monitoring, tracking, and resolution workflows managed to SLA, and support activities were based at the Buona Vista Biopolis site. Vendor management of outsourced projects and change requests was overseen by the in-house team, with specification review, scope control, schedule oversight, and issues management.
Governance and process workstreams emphasized closing outstanding user tickets on time, implementing in-house improvements and mini projects on FI CO modules, and delivering user training. Activities routinely incorporated requirements gathering, development of requirements specifications, and execution of UAT to validate AP Automation configurations and custom report deliverables.
