Outcome and Implications
Aggregate decided to disrupt itself and its digital process by replacing Oracle JD Edwards Enterprise One solution with SAP Enterprise Applications. Aggregate Led a Master Data Management, Data Migration and Reporting multi-year transformation program to standardise key business processes on a single common European IT platform made up of several market-leading solutions including SAP Ariba, Salesforce CRM, SAP ERP and Workday HCM.
Additionally, Aggregate implemented Qlik View as the strategic BI platform and Qlik Sense as the Self Service BI platform for mobile users.
