Operational controls were embedded to review invoices against packing slips and purchase orders, verify appropriate general ledger account coding, and enforce authorized signature approvals. The team maintained ancillary tracking spreadsheets for utilities, donations and charities, membership dues, and contracts while invoking Sage 100 transaction processing for formal ledger and payment activity.
Integrations and operational coverage included online payment processing with the company credit card provider and reconciliation of company credit card statements, with payments initiated from the Sage 100 A/P workflow. Vendor onboarding processes were institutionalized, new vendor information packets were distributed to suppliers, and A/P vendor records were created in Sage 100 consistent with MAS90 data entry practices recorded in operational notes.
