The deployment emphasized integration within the InsuranceSuite product family to support policy driven premium calculation and claims related adjustments while consolidating billing orchestration under Guidewire BillingCenter.
Governance and process changes focused on centralizing billing rules and standardizing invoice and payment workflows to reduce operational fragmentation, with implementation assistance and experience sharing provided by the sister association CAA South Central Ontario Insurance Company. Alberta Motor Association positioned Guidewire BillingCenter to serve as the system of record for premium billing within its Insurance Billing Administration environment.
