In 2010, Alpine Bank implemented Jack Henry Banking SilverLake as its Core Banking platform from Jack Henry & Associates. The implementation established SilverLake as the bank's central transaction processing and account management engine supporting retail deposit and account lifecycle operations.
Jack Henry Banking SilverLake was configured to provide core account processing, customer record management, deposit posting and transaction clearing consistent with Core Banking functional expectations. The SilverLake deployment served as the authoritative ledger and back end for customer accounts, and was positioned to integrate with channel and onboarding applications.
In later digital initiatives, Alpine Bank integrated Avoka Transact with Jack Henry Banking SilverLake, as well as with Synergy and Netteller, to enable a fully digital account opening and onboarding flow. The integration chain supported ID verification, funding at account opening and immediate establishment of accounts, enabling omnichannel journeys where customers can start applications remotely and complete them in branch when needed.
The combined architecture tied Avoka Transact's digital journey layer to SilverLake's core processing, aligning front-office onboarding, fraud detection and digital signature capabilities with back-office posting and account provisioning. Alpine Bank positioned the solution to improve customer experience and business agility, extending reach beyond nearly 40 branch locations to Colorado customers across the Western Slope and Front Range.
