The integration chain supported ID verification, funding at account opening and immediate establishment of accounts, enabling omnichannel journeys where customers can start applications remotely and complete them in branch when needed. The combined architecture tied Avoka Transact's digital journey layer to SilverLake's core processing, aligning front-office onboarding, fraud detection and digital signature capabilities with back-office posting and account provisioning. Alpine Bank positioned the solution to improve customer experience and business agility, extending reach beyond nearly 40 branch locations to Colorado customers across the Western Slope and Front Range.
