Functional modules implemented and configured included Timekeeper, Leave, Attendance, Scheduler (Basic and Advanced Scheduler), Workforce Scheduling and Forecasting components, Analytics, and HR/Payroll related modules, with explicit configuration of pay rules, work rules, holiday schedules, schedule groups, pay code distributions, break handling, accrual profiles, security profiles, and labor level sets. The deployment incorporated Workforce Integration Manager and Connect components to maintain the flow of data between Workforce Device Manager and Workforce Central, and to support data movement into HR and payroll processes. Maintaining clock-to-system synchronization, monitoring clock activity, and managing the flow of device data were part of the operational integration responsibilities. Governance and operationalization activities included preparation of requirement documents for Workforce Timekeeper configuration, authoring and editing test procedures used for upgrades across modules such as HR/Payroll, Timekeeper, Leave, Attendance, WDM, WIM, Scheduler, and Analytics, and providing subject matter expertise and application support.
