Operational governance included incorporation of SAP Concur Travel into new staff orientation and training on office procedures and travel processes, with travel arranger responsibilities and approval routing embedded in daily workflows. Configuration and rollout focused on instrumenting travel booking and approval for state offices and remote staff who supported national events.
