Operational coverage targeted the independent distribution channel across North America and affected distribution support, new business operations, underwriting, and sales enablement functions. Governance emphasized workflow orchestration across the e-App, Maestro Self-Service, and the Magnum Pure underwriting engine, with business rules and routing configured to standardize intake and case handling. The deployment aimed to accelerate processing, lower operational costs, and improve the financial professional and consumer experience, and additional policy administration capabilities are inferred as part of the broader SSG Digital platform.
