The Nuix Discover E-Discovery application was configured to serve core Case Management use cases, including matter centric document and evidence ingestion, full text indexing and search, analytics assisted review workflows, and production tracking. Configuration emphasized multi‑matter segregation and review workflow orchestration to enable concurrent matters and party separations within a single platform instance.
Operational coverage extended across Amgen Legal and Information Services teams, with the Litigation Project Manager coordinating external processing, hosting, and managed review vendors as part of the implementation. The program included procedures for ESI collection workflows from diverse sources including mobile devices, and integration points with vendor supplied processing and hosting pipelines as managed by internal litigation operations.
