In 2016, Amway Vietnam implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as part of a regional deployment for Amway Asia Pacific. The program was executed under the ERP Financial category and organized around a Design to Delivery DTD track focused on market-level finance and operational workflows.
The implementation included Oracle E-Business Suite core configuration and process mapping to support the DTD track, with a Lead Business Analyst responsible for capturing AS-IS requirements, defining TO-BE processes, and translating business requirements into system configuration. Testing governance encompassed full System Integration Test and User Acceptance Test cycles for the DTD module, with the Lead BA coordinating testing schedules and market user engagement.
Integrations were explicitly coordinated with third-party systems Inspyrus and Kyriba to support invoice automation and treasury interface workflows. The rollout covered seven country deployments and specifically referenced live markets including Amway Thailand and Amway Vietnam, with operational coverage involving APAC deployment teams, the DTD Global Process Owner, regional production support, and market business users.
Governance and change management activities were formalized through collaboration with an Organization Change Management team, targeted training for market users, and ongoing process improvement work with production support and global teams.
