The AIM deployment was integrated with existing tooling through direct collaboration with RD Sistemas and Nexus tools as part of the implementation footprint. Operational coverage emphasized front-office investment managers and supporting middle-office processes in the Andbank Wealth Management group based in Madrid and across the firm’s investment management activities in Spain.
Optimissa served as the implementation partner, working alongside an internal Andbank investment implementation lead to govern configuration, user acceptance testing and phased rollout of Bloomberg AIM. Governance changes focused on formalizing order routing and settlement workflows, embedding compliance controls in AIM, and establishing operational ownership between investment management and middle-office teams.
