| SAP | Legacy | SAP ERP ECC 6.0 | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015, Ansmann AG implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as its ERP Financial system. The deployment targeted core finance operations while packaging-related data capture remained external at the time. Tabular picklists were produced using a text program, which created a considerable expense in time and effort. After the packaging process, data had to be transferred manually into the SAP ERP system used at ANSMANN AG.
SAP ERP ECC 6.0 was configured to deliver standard ERP Financial capabilities, including general ledger posting, accounts payable and receivable processing, cost accounting, invoicing and financial document management. Configuration work emphasized transactional accounting, financial master data consolidation and document posting workflows consistent with ERP Financial functional scope. The implementation positioned SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as the central financial ledger for the company.
Operationally the implementation affected finance and packaging operations, with manual handoffs between packaging execution and the SAP ERP ECC 6.0 financial ledger. No automated extraction from the tabular picklists was documented, so packaging outputs were reconciled and entered by finance or logistics staff after packing. This created explicit workflow boundaries between shop floor packaging activities and centralized financial posting in SAP ERP ECC 6.0.
Governance centered on procedural controls and manual reconciliation steps to manage the transfer of packaging data into the financial system, with adjustments to picklist handling and posting workflows to ensure posting accuracy. The implementation record highlights the time and effort burden caused by the external text-program picklists and the manual transfer process. Overall the architecture is described as a centralized SAP ERP ECC 6.0 financial backbone with external packaging data capture requiring human-mediated integration.

| In-House Applications | Legacy | In-House ATS | Applicant Tracking System | HCM | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015, Ansmann AG deployed an In-House ATS as its Applicant Tracking System, embedding the In-House ATS directly into the corporate careers site to capture job postings and solicited and unsolicited applications. The implementation is operated in-house and configured to present a public submission workflow on https://www.ansmann.de/karriere/initiativbewerbung to collect candidate data and attachments through the website.
The In-House ATS configuration reflects standard Applicant Tracking System functional modules, including candidate intake forms, a centralized resume repository, application status tracking, administrative dashboards for HR, and configurable screening workflows. Operational ownership is retained by HR for recruitment workflows while internal IT manages application hosting and maintenance, and the system routes web-submitted applications into HR review queues and administrator interfaces for candidate evaluation.

| Microsoft | Legacy | Microsoft 365 | Collaboration | Collaboration | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020, Ansmann AG implemented Microsoft 365 as its Collaboration platform to support corporate communications and document workflows across the company. The deployment aligns with a 400-employee manufacturing footprint in Germany, positioning Microsoft 365 as the primary Collaboration environment for office productivity, email, and team collaboration.
The implementation leverages the core Microsoft 365 workloads, including Exchange Online for enterprise email, Microsoft Teams for synchronous communication and meetings, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for document management and intranet content, and Azure Active Directory for tenant identity and access control. Configuration focused on tenant-level settings, mailbox provisioning, Teams and SharePoint site topology, and cloud-hosted SaaS delivery rather than on-premises infrastructure.
Microsoft 365 artifacts were detected in the public website source, confirming tenant services are surfaced on the corporate site and indicating centralized tenant provisioning. Operational coverage includes cross-functional use by engineering, product, sales, and service teams, with collaboration workflows for document sharing, versioning, and meeting orchestration built into the platform design.
Governance workstreams emphasized tenant policy configuration, access governance, and information management, with role-based access control and SharePoint site permissions used to enforce document lifecycle controls. The rollout included change to collaboration workflows and centralized administration of accounts and security baselines to standardize user experience and access across the organization.
