The solution ingested card transaction feeds for reconciliation and provided exports to downstream finance and accounting systems for posting and ledger reconciliation.
Governance changes emphasized formalized approval workflows, centralized expense policy controls, and reconciliations tied to card activity, shifting expense submission and reconciliation processes into the SAP Concur Expense platform. User feedback captured in a validated G2 review dated Jun 23, 2015 highlighted that Exterro allowed customization to meet company needs, noting the product matched requirements without issues and citing the product as Exterro Fusion ROCKS. The same review noted requests for additional selective customization when placing people on hold and referenced product versions used at that time, indicating a need for ongoing configuration refinement as Exterro E-Discovery evolved.
