In 2019, Appotronics deployed Kingdee Constellation Cloud SCM to integrate supply-chain, production, PLM/MES and finance across multiple business systems and organizations in China. The Kingdee Constellation Cloud SCM implementation, a Supply Chain Management deployment, began in March 2019 and achieved phased go-live within the same year.
Configuration emphasized core supply chain modules, including inventory management, procurement and production planning, order management and shop floor orchestration. The implementation linked PLM data flows and MES shop floor signals to SCM planning, and synchronized transactional finance ledgers to provide consolidated cost and settlement visibility. Master data stabilization and unified bill of materials control were configured to support cross-organizational material requirement planning and execution workflows.
Integrations explicitly connected PLM, MES and finance systems to the Kingdee Constellation Cloud SCM platform across Appotronics organizations in China, creating a unified digital operating platform. Operational coverage targeted manufacturing operations and group finance functions, providing consolidated inventory, production and financial data for corporate planning and execution. The integrated platform centralized operational data feeds for end-to-end supply chain orchestration and visibility.
Governance and rollout followed phased deliveries starting in March 2019, with staged cutovers to stabilize planning, execution and financial reconciliation during each phase. The program instituted centralized data models and standardized workflows to enable group-level operational control and improve end-to-end SCM visibility. Kingdee Constellation Cloud SCM became the core Supply Chain Management platform supporting Appotronics supply-chain and production operations in China.
