Collaboration with other functional areas and external vendors was used to identify process improvements, systems enhancements, and issue resolution, and global Workday metrics are reported on a regular schedule to monitor system health and usage. Governance and process controls include master data governance, routine data certification programs, and policies and procedures for database management.
