In 2017, Arelion implemented Enxoo Ecommerce Platform. The deployment delivered the My Carrier Portal, a customer self service and eCommerce portal for Arelion’s wholesale customers that was built on Salesforce Sales Cloud extended with Enxoo for Communications. The My Carrier Portal implemented instant quotes, order placement, delivery tracking, trouble ticketing and payments, consolidating transactional storefront functions with self service case management. Configuration emphasized product catalog and pricing logic to enable online quote generation and secure payment capture within the same user flow. Architecturally the solution integrated Salesforce Sales Cloud with Enxoo for Communications to unify customer records, sales processes and billing interactions, providing an integrated front end for wholesale ordering and support. Operational coverage targeted Arelion’s wholesale business, centralizing omnichannel interactions across sales and customer service teams for order management, provisioning and support workflows. Enxoo delivered the implementation and Arelion reported improved customer self service and omnichannel experience, with the portal cited as part of the company’s user experience recognition at the 2018 World Communication Awards. Governance changes routed trouble tickets and payment events from the portal into Salesforce case and billing processes to standardize operational handling.
