Esker Accounts Receivable was configured to standardize accounts receivable workflows across subsidiaries, aligning billing and order to cash activities and reducing manual steps in invoice dispatch. The solution was delivered as cloud-based software to provide centralized administration and cross-border scalability for subsidiary operations. The cloud architecture supported standardized invoice formats and electronic dispatch while allowing local delivery requirements to be respected by each subsidiary. Rollout governance followed a phased model, using the France pilot to validate processes before broader regional onboarding across Europe, North America and Asia Pacific. Operational controls were established to standardize customer invoice delivery through Esker Accounts Receivable, with the stated outcome of sustained use across 27 subsidiaries.
