The deployment emphasized operational payroll runs and payroll reporting as discrete, auditable capabilities within the Payroll category.
Operational linkage was maintained between Ascender Preceda Payroll and the SAP finance environment, with payroll-generated schedules and accrual data feeding month-end accruals, prepayment journals and balance sheet reconciliations in SAP to support BAS preparation.
