SAP Legacy SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Compensation Management HCM n/a 2019 2019
In 2019 Arnott's Group implemented SAP SuccessFactors Compensation as a central element of its Compensation Management capability within the P&C Centres of Expertise, aligning compensation processes with the MyPGT Perform, Grow, Thrive framework. The deployment targeted the People and Culture organisation, with design authority exercised by the P&C Centres of Expertise and operational governance coordinated with the People Committee, the ALT and individual business units to manage the annual compensation cycle. SAP SuccessFactors Compensation was configured to support standard compensation planning workflows, including merit and bonus planning, incentive framework configuration, budget allocation and multi-stage approval and calibration workflows central to Compensation Management. Configuration emphasized job and grade alignment, total rewards constructs and parameterized plan templates to underpin consistent pay decisions across the group, leveraging the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module as the authoritative compensation data model. The implementation was positioned to integrate functionally with other SuccessFactors-aligned talent processes, providing the foundation for Talent Acquisition, Succession and Talent Management workflows and linking compensation outcomes to performance management and talent calibration. The deployment used the SAP SuccessFactors cloud compensation capabilities to centralize planning and reporting across Arnott's Group, with operational coverage across corporate People and Culture teams and the broader business units. Governance and process changes focused on embedding overarching compensation principles, policy and framework tied to MyPGT, establishing the Arnott's Group approach to pay and incentives and codifying annual cycle roles and responsibilities. Design and development of the Compensation and Incentive Framework underpinned by SAP SuccessFactors Compensation established the structural basis for downstream job related P&C processes in Talent Acquisition, Succession and Talent Management.

SAP Legacy SAP Crystal Reports Analytics and BI Analytics and BI n/a 2021 2021
In 2021 Arnott's Group implemented SAP Crystal Reports as a desktop reporting solution, aligning the deployment with its Analytics and BI posture for end user report design and consumption. The implementation targeted Arnott's Biscuits Ltd operations in Adelaide and was delivered as a client-side application installed and configured on corporate Windows endpoints. SAP Crystal Reports was provisioned through standard endpoint packaging and application deployment workflows, installed as a packaged application and supported with ODBC connectivity for direct data access. Configuration work included client installation of SAP Crystal Reports, setup of ODBC drivers and profile-level restoration of user settings to preserve report templates and PST exports after reimaging. Deployment and lifecycle management were executed through Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, using SCCM task sequence media for reimaging and SCCM application deployment for Crystal Reports. Active Directory was used for user creation, permissioning to network shared storage, and Group Policy was applied to enforce desktop configuration, while Veeam agent backups were used to capture and restore OS and user profile state to minimize disruption during endpoint refresh. Governance and rollout combined imaging, backup restore and endpoint refresh processes, culminating in a successful migration of 104 computers from the prior Campbell Soup domain to Arnott's domain and Arnott's SCCM. The joint use of SCCM, Active Directory, ODBC connectivity and user profile restore procedures enabled continuity of reporting workloads on SAP Crystal Reports across the site.
