| Oracle | Oracle E-Business Suite | Oracle Cloud ERP | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2018 | 2019 |
In 2018, ASG Group implemented Oracle Cloud ERP as their ERP Financial solution, replacing Oracle E-Business Suite and deploying the application alongside Oracle HCM Cloud to create a unified back-office suite. The implementation targeted Finance and People and Culture functions within the professional services business, with the Oracle Cloud ERP deployment scoped to support contract billing, accounts receivable, invoicing and consolidated financial close processes across the organization.
The deployment included multiple Oracle Cloud modules, with Oracle Cloud ERP used in conjunction with Oracle Financials for Midsize Cloud Service, Oracle Fusion Project Financials Cloud Service and Oracle Fusion Project Contract Billing Cloud Service to automate end-to-end financial workflows. On the human capital side, ASG implemented Oracle Human Capital Management Base Cloud Service along with Oracle Performance Management Cloud Service, Oracle Workforce Compensation Cloud Service and Oracle Talent Review and Succession Management Cloud Service to support performance, compensation and succession workflows.
Integrations were explicitly implemented to link employee master data from Oracle Human Capital Management Base Cloud Service to third-party applications, including a resource management system and an expense system, preserving workforce data accuracy and enabling downstream reporting. The rollout provided single sign on for end users and configurable reporting for invoicing, timesheets and project profitability, enabling managers to self-serve performance and salary review data without HR intervention.
ASG Group managed the program using an agile approach, working with consultants to define business needs and executing a series of sprints to finalize design, while performing data mapping, running a communication plan and delivering user training. The project team completed the full implementation in seven months, on time and within budget, and emphasized adopting cloud native processes rather than replicating on-premises configurations.
Outcomes stated by ASG include reducing HR staff workload by approximately one day per week through manager self-service, condensing month end closing by automating financial processes, supporting growth without increasing back-office headcount and improving decision making through real time dashboards in Oracle Talent Review and Succession Management Cloud Service. The combined Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle HCM Cloud implementation improved employee and manager experience, automated HR alerts for probation and contract end dates, and simplified configuration of customer billing cadences to improve timeliness and accuracy of invoicing.

In 2017, ASG Group implemented JobAdder ATS as its Applicant Tracking System to centralize recruiting for the professional services firm. The deployment positioned JobAdder ATS as the primary recruiting platform for ASG Group's Australia operations and supported the companywide recruiting lifecycle for a 2000 employee organization.
Configuration focused on core Applicant Tracking System capabilities, including job requisition creation, career site job posting, candidate intake and resume parsing, applicant tracking through configurable pipelines, interview scheduling, and offer management. JobAdder ATS workflows were configured to reflect hiring manager approvals and recruiter actions, with automated email templates and candidate status transitions to streamline recruiter operations.
Operational governance was centralized with the corporate recruitment team owning user permissions, job template standards, and workflow rules while hiring managers across business units used the platform for requisition approval and candidate evaluation. JobAdder ATS powered public job listings on ASG Group's careers site, consolidating external job distribution and candidate application capture into a single system of record for recruiting activities in Australia.
