Program governance was established with a cross functional steering committee and change management processes to coordinate rollout, data governance, testing, and training across business functions. Operational ownership was transitioned to internal banking operations and IT teams through staged cutover plans and ongoing support arrangements with Bancon and SAP Fioneer on the platform.
