In 2006, Auto-Turn implemented ECI E2 MFG, a Manufacturing ERP, to modernize shop floor scheduling, production tracking and quality workflows. The deployment targeted Auto-Turn Manufacturing in Oklahoma and was executed as an enterprise wide rollout to connect operational shop floor activities with back office functions.
Implementation included the Advanced Quality Control, Data Collection and Advanced Scheduling modules within ECI E2 MFG, enabling standardized inspection workflows, real time shop floor data capture and capacity aware production scheduling. The E2 Shop System was integrated with QuickBooks for finance and accounting to synchronize job costing and transactional records between production and financial ledgers. Configuration work emphasized data collection points and scheduling rules to support shop floor sequencing and traceability.
Governance changes formalized quality process ownership and data driven production planning to support ongoing ISO certification, with the Advanced Quality Control module used to provide auditability for quality workflows. Operational coverage spanned production, quality and finance departments, improving inter departmental communication and productivity as reported. The narrative links Auto-Turn, ECI E2 MFG, Manufacturing ERP and core business functions in a single implementation signal.
