The program coincided with the largest re-organization in Autodesk history, requiring the Workday HCM deployment to support new organizational structures, role changes, and approvals flows across regions.
Governance and change management were led by a high-performing, trusted team that successfully managed the Focal rewards process through the recently introduced Workday system. Individual contributors on the program acted as trusted advisors to the SVP of Asia Pacific Sales, translated the Asia Pacific business landscape into the USA multinational environment, and were recognized as leaders within the wider Asia Pacific Autodesk organization.
