Operational responsibility included a targeted APAC implementation, with the Workday HR Platform managed for Asia Pacific as part of a broader corporate rollout, and close alignment with corporate human resources and regional sales leaders. The program coincided with the largest re-organization in Autodesk history, requiring the Workday HCM deployment to support new organizational structures, role changes, and approvals flows across regions.
Governance and change management were led by a high-performing, trusted team that successfully managed the Focal rewards process through the recently introduced Workday system. Individual contributors on the program acted as trusted advisors to the SVP of Asia Pacific Sales, translated the Asia Pacific business landscape into the USA multinational environment, and were recognized as leaders within the wider Asia Pacific Autodesk organization.
