The implementation covered Averda operations in the United Arab Emirates and targeted the company finance function. Averda configured core Oracle E-Business Suite financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management to centralize transactional finance and statutory reporting workflows. Configuration emphasized finance functional flows, chart of accounts harmonization, and period close orchestration consistent with ERP Financial best practices. The Oracle E-Business Suite application was instrumented to support role based access and segregation of duties within the finance organization. The project integrated Oracle E-Business Suite with Oracle identity and access components OID, OAM, and OIM to deliver Single Sign On and centralized user provisioning across the ERP Financial environment. Architecture aligned application tiers hosted on Azure with identity services federated to the cloud based identity layer to enforce authentication and provisioning. System interfaces and batch processes were organized to maintain transactional consistency between the Oracle E-Business Suite instance and Averda operational finance processes. Governance focused on identity lifecycle management and access controls, leveraging OIM workflows to operationalize user onboarding and offboarding for finance roles. The rollout was carried out as an end to end migration to Azure Cloud with phased validation of functional modules and SSO integration before production cutover.
