In 2024, Avinor implemented Airport Cloud Use Service (ACUS) with Apps Category "" as part of a long-term technology partnership with Amadeus IT Group to extend cloud-native passenger processing across Norway's 43 state owned airports. The deployment explicitly covers upgrades to more than 800 service points and the provisioning of Amadeus software to power 250 self-service check-in kiosks, enabling a shift from fixed counters to mobile and tablet based passenger service models.
