In 2023 Ballantyne Italy implemented BRG Dresscode PIM for Product Information Management to relaunch its brand portal and e commerce. BRG used Dresscode as the technological core to drive the brand portal and e shop, enabling omnichannel marketplace distribution and centralized catalog management for the luxury fashion house in Italy.
The BRG Dresscode PIM deployment centralized product master data and digital assets to support e commerce product content, marketing catalogs and marketplace feeds. Functional capabilities implemented included catalog management, taxonomy and attribute modeling, digital asset management and multichannel feed orchestration, with configurable enrichment workflows and role based content approvals consistent with Product Information Management implementations.
Architecturally BRG Dresscode PIM acted as a central content hub publishing product catalogs and assets to the brand portal, the e commerce storefront and external marketplace channels, orchestrating distribution and channel specific content variants. Integrations focused on feed and export interfaces to marketplace channels, e commerce storefronts and marketing publication processes to enable omnichannel catalog syndication.
Governance and rollout emphasized catalog governance and staged content enrichment tied to the relaunch, aligning merchandising and marketing workflows to the new omnichannel model. The implementation was presented as an omnichannel redesign aimed at improving user experience and conversions through consolidated product content and streamlined marketplace distribution.
