In 2019, Barre Automobiles implemented Nextlane DMS as its Dealership Management application and surfaced the system on the corporate website. The deployment positioned Nextlane DMS as the central dealer management layer for vehicle merchandising and customer touchpoints on https://www.barreautomobiles.fr and the dealer portal at https://barre.imaweb.com/.
Configuration work emphasized inventory management and online vehicle listings, CRM-driven lead capture, sales deal and contract management, service scheduling and parts catalog capabilities. Nextlane DMS was configured to publish live inventory to the website, capture inbound leads and route appointment requests into dealer workflows, reflecting standard Dealership Management functional modules such as sales pipeline tracking and aftersales work order orchestration.
The implementation connected the Nextlane DMS instance to the public website to provide real-time vehicle availability and lead form submission, while the system served as the operational backbone for sales, aftersales and parts teams at the Barre Automobiles site in France. User access and operational workflows were scoped to dealership functions including showroom sales, service advisors and parts counter operations.
Governance focused on centralizing the vehicle catalog and standardizing lead-to-appointment workflows to ensure consistent data flows between customer-facing web content and internal processes. Role-based access and dealer-level workflow configuration within Nextlane DMS were applied to align daily operations across sales and service functions.
