The solution was deployed in the Cloud and Battelle moved to a newer Costpoint release, upgrading to 8.1 within the first year of operation.
Governance and process change focused on adopting Costpoint standard processes, shifting responsibility away from a dedicated ERP maintenance team and reducing IT involvement in routine project accounting tasks.
