In 2006, Beko plc implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as an ERP Financial deployment for its United Kingdom manufacturing operations. The engagement centered on Warehouse Management and finance adjacent processes for a home appliances manufacturer, with explicit scoping of inbound and outbound material flows and the physical layout of warehouse facilities.
The Warehouse Management implementation covered purchase order processing, inbound delivery, shipment and shipment cost processing, and physical inventory by RF transaction. Configuration work produced detailed Business Blueprint artifacts, finalized picking and put away specifications for RDT handhelds, and delivered RF screen workflows to enable speedy and accurate picking and put away; bespoke enhancements were added where standard functionality did not align with company processes.
Technical and integration activity included creation of a new RF terminal interface for warehouse automation, bespoke returns processing development, ALE and EDI development, and interfaces with external software. The team also delivered BW reporting on Logistics and FI areas, BACS implementation, and new company code creation, and configured two additional warehouses following the same process, each with testing and user training.
Governance and rollout were structured around a formal Business Blueprint, complete configuration and process testing cycles, user acceptance testing templates, detailed user documentation, and instructor-led training. Error and issue handling was managed through targeted modifications, iterative testing, and documented user testing and remediation cycles.
The program also included upgrade activities tied to earlier SAP releases, with pre-upgrade analysis, forecast of expected changes, modification of bespoke programs, and detailed testing to align customizations with higher SAP versions. The implementation narrative records improved warehouse accuracy driven by RF and handheld workflows and consolidated logistics and finance reporting within SAP ERP ECC 6.0.

In 2012 Beko plc deployed SAP BusinessObjects as its Analytics and BI platform to centralize finance reporting and pricing workflows. The SAP BusinessObjects implementation targeted finance and commercial reporting processes, supporting monthly profitability analysis up to OP level and the preparation of annual budget and X+Y forecasts with P+L detail.
Configuration work emphasized SAP BusinessObjects reporting with integration to SAP BW query structures, reflecting an established understanding of modelling and structuring BW SAP queries. Functional capabilities implemented included P+L and detailed financial analysis for long term planning within a five year horizon, monthly sales KPI reports with financial indicators, variance analysis across revenue profit and cost drivers, and ad hoc commercial finance analyses.
The project included a transfer of the Value Chain pricing system from an Excel platform into SAP WEBI, with SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence used to publish pricing and cost reports. Data orchestration relied on BW level query modeling and SAP WEBI report distribution, enabling consolidated access to pricing, sales and planning datasets within the Analytics and BI layer.
Governance and process responsibilities were assigned to finance business partners, with senior financial analysts accountable for assurance of the proposed system accuracy and a complete understanding of pricing and cost structure. Operational scope covered commercial finance functions including budgeting, forecasting, long term planning and monthly management reporting.

| OneTrust | Legacy | OneTrust Cookie Consent | Governance, Risk and Compliance | TRM | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020, Beko plc implemented OneTrust Cookie Consent on its website. The deployment uses OneTrust Cookie Consent as a consent management platform to present a cookie banner and preference center across the public-facing site, aligned with Governance, Risk and Compliance requirements for web-based consent capture. The implementation is focused on client-side consent flows and persistent consent recording to capture visitor preferences and maintain auditable consent records.
Functional capabilities implemented are consistent with OneTrust Cookie Consent, including configurable banner presentation, granular preference capture, cookie categorization, and consent logging for audit trails. Operationally the system directly affects web marketing tag governance and privacy operations by centralizing cookie preference enforcement and enabling preference-based control of tracking scripts, thereby integrating consent capture into marketing and legal privacy workflows within the organization.
